Bella couldn't be happier that her long-feuding Aunt Rosa and Uncle Lazarro have finally admitted their love for one another and are getting married. Their forties-style wedding is sure to be a night to remember. But when the Rossi house begins to fill up with family from Italy--and an old mobster from New Jersey--life starts to get complicated. Will Lazarro's friend from the past drive the happy couple apart once more? And will Bella ever have time to think of her own rapidly-approaching wedding amidst the chaos? Full of laugh-out-loud humor, plenty of Italian passion, and a bit of Texas gumption, It Had to Be You is the satisfying conclusion to an entertaining series.Rating Out Of Books It Had to Be You (Weddings by Bella #3)

The Rossi family is at it again, being loud and boisterous and now there are even more family members to join in. Family from Italy have flown in for Laz and Rosa's wedding, an old family friend, Uncle Sal is there too. It is loud, it is fun and it is a big band party. Laz and Rosa are having a big band wedding, and Bella is working overtime to pull it all off, struggling to find a band, Uncle Laz helps by finding one on the internet, made up of senior citizens. They are magnificent and turnsThis was the fifth book I've read by this author, and I loved it every bit as much as all the others! It was so great to finally read the next installment in Bella and D.J.'s story! I knew what to expect from a Janice Thompson book, a fun story with quirky characters, that will have me rolling on the floor laughing while at the same time inspiring me and bringing me into a closer and deeper relationship with The Lord! And this one definitely did not disappoint on any of those counts! Overall, I
I didnt read the first two books in the Weddings by Bella series, but it was easy to understand and follow along with this book. It is a good stand-alone book, but would probably be better if you read the others first. There are many things I like about this book. The Christian values, the close-knit family ties, friendship, joy and happiness. This book tells us that we are important and worthwhile even when we ourselves dont think so. We dont need to try and prove we are a great person. Just
Christian fiction...fun happy read!
It took me far too long to get to the final installment of this wonderful series. I thoroughly enjoyed the book, but I have to admit that I thought a lot was going on and some readers may feel almost as overwhelmed as Bella. I think the author had a lot of subplots to tie up and with a couple of them she could have had almost enough to stretch into another book. There is Bella's wedding, Uncle Laz and Aunt Rosa's wedding, another engagement in the family, a few more weddings planned, a couple
It Had to be You was a nice ending to a fantastic series. It wasn't as packed with comical tragedy and zany situations as the first two books, so the pacing was a bit slower. It had some great "old people" humor and Bella was her usual lovable self. DJ was pretty amazing, too. This was not my favorite in the series, though. I'd have to say my fav was the second book, probably because this one dealt with wrapping up details more and winding down the series, so my emotions weren't as engaged in
Light Hearted FunThis was yet another fun read in the Wedding By Bella series. Once more, I enjoyed the bantering between characters and the humor. This is a series a revisit whenever I am in the need of something I can read without much thought or worry.
