Not what I expected it to be. I was expecting crime non-fiction when I opened the book. This book is memoire about the authors difficult past and how he was able to self- motivates him to be where he is standing now. Its inspiring to read about a man who did not give up his hops during his hardship and continued believing in himself to become successful.
Won in first reads giveaway back in April. I still have not received my copy.
I may not be the best person to review this book, as I don't read inspirational books. I thought this book was pretty weak. It was riddled with awkward prose, mispellings, and errors. Here's a quote: "...deep down inside I felt a volcano erupting. Some body was going to get some hot larva poured all over them." [sic:] It's painful. The guy is self publishing, I couldn't imagine a traditional publisher touching this book. The guy won't give up, I guess he has that going for him. He has a somewhat
