The Light We Found by Q.D. PurduThis is a very short story .. part of the Mothers Day Magic anthology. Calla is divorced and finds out from her daughter that her ex-husband had in fact been having an affair whilst they were still married. She is moving on and has begun dance classes .. one of the other members Ben is highly attractive and Calla begins to think life may improve. Things arent always as straight-forward as they seem though it is while she is at work (she is a tutor) she meets a"Felt By the Heart" by Angela Ford is one of the great stories in this anthology. It is a touching story of a mothers love and her determination to make a new life for her children. Divorce is tragic for everyone involved but hard woek and love can build new happiness. This anthology is a wonderful undertaking by 12 talented authors, each with their own unique style. Loved it! Don't miss this one!Gifted a copy for an honest review.

I often find Anthologies harder to review. But this one was fairly easy. All of these stories are aimed at warming the hearts of everyone. But especially the moms in ours lives. As a mother myself several of these stories will bring tears to your eyes. The Day Before Eclosion really hit home for me, as the mother of a Special needs adult myself. I felt each and every struggle, and enjoyed even the smallest victories with each character along the way.
