I bought this after buying Wicked Wonderland by the same author. As long as you are OK with the fact that this is a novella and shorter than a novel and you like historical, paranormal than you will enjoy this. It's more literary than Wicked Wonderland with references to Arther Miller's the crucible and some beautiful writing, but it's still very sexy. The sex scenes don't go as far as Wicked Wonderland. It's a good cougar story. Usually I'm used to reading sexy Regency historical romance soWaking the Witch is a paranormal story about a ghost trapped in a necklace. The ghost has a shocking way of talking and made me laugh.This is a really sexy read! It's beautifully written. If you have read anything about the Salem Witch trials or you have seen the movie The Crucible with Winnona Rider and Daniel Day Lewis you will love this book.It's also a really hot older man/ younger woman story.I loved it!
